Everything these days is designed to keep you distracted or busy and it isn't because you need to relax or chill out sometimes.It's because its about escaping. They don't want you thinking they want you numbing, and I can already hear mfs saying thats dramatic. Really dude? Im not being dramatic. why else you think there's endless noise. Video games, infinite streaming, junk food addiction, swipe culture hookups, doomscrolling news cycles. It's not fun, it's meant to keep our dumb asses as mind slaves. Farming our attention to create ad dollars, turning our habits into predictable patterns. Just think about how most people don't really feel that good after a whole weekend of relaxing, they actually feel worse, not better. It's not rest, it's sedation. You're not living, you're binging existence, drifting between distractions until your real life dries up.
You need to touch the real world, build something that isn't just a dopamine hit because every second you escape their way, you dig your cage deeper. Delete the version of yourself that depends on it, the version they created. The version of you that wakes up when they say, eat what weakens you, entertain yourself with programs that they created and call it freedom. Start building your mind, your body, your inner world. Choose your food like it matters. Move like you’re not a slave. Think like your thoughts create reality. Go inward, cut the noise, cut the sugar, prepare like war is coming and the only way to survive is to kill the system that's inside you. In your habits, in your fears, in your fake identity. That's when you're truly free. When you're no longer running from reality.
